Have the end-user fill out a contact form before starting the chat
As a user of the chat i wan't to give my details, so when i start a chat, the company can call me or send me an email about my chat. Or de employee can contact me when he missed the chat.

Option to hide the last name from the chat widget of an Agent
Currently it is showing both the first and last name. You want to be able to hide the last name in the chat widget.

Option to see audit trial (Privacy terms accepted) in contacts
You want to be able to see this in Watermelon in Contacts that someone accepted the privacy screen terms, this will be seen on contact level under Audit trial.

Feedback option at the end of a conversation (when closing the conversation)
Ask the user in the end of the conversation, if the conversation was useful. They can then upvote an downvote. If they downvote there should be the option to provide more detailed feedback. There should then be an analysis in the dashboard how many people upvoted and downvoted and there should be an option to also read the feedback.

Add read confirmation check icon when customer has read the message
It would be helpful if we could see if the customer has read a chat message in the website widget. This could be in the form of "checks" next to the message.

When the end-user is logged into a customer/client/patient portal, we want to know who's logged in and see from who the conversation is coming
It would be great to send some information about the customer inside the loaded script-tag on the website. This way we can easier identify the customer, for example based on their customer_id. For example: window.Watermelon.customfields.Voornaam = 'Robin'; window.Watermelon.customfields.Achternaam = 'Dirksen'; window.Watermelon.customfields.Email = ' robin.dirksen@my-email.com '; window.Watermelon.customfields.CustomFieldForUserId = 11538;

Make the eye catcher bigger
Currently, the field of the eye-catcher doesn't have a limit, and it will cut off existing text. Would be great if the fill in field shows the character limit. Also would be great if the eyecatcher could be bigger (show more text)

The option to automatically disable the Chatbot in the Chat Widget during office hours
You want to be able to have a setting in the chat widget to automatically disable the chatbot during office hours, similar to being able to automatically close your chat when you are out of office.
