Currently, when clicking a URL in the inbox, this URL opens in the same screen. It would be better to open this URL in a new tab, so that you can easily navigate back to the conversation.

Currently when you assign a conversation to yourself, the page navigates to 'Your inbox'. It would be better if you stayed in the inbox you were in, and only the conversation itself moves to 'Your inbox'.

When you open the profile of an Agent and hover over a channel that's connected to another Agent, it now says 'Een andere Agent is connected to this channel'.

The welcome message cannot be provided with a white line/line break, which does not improve reading comfort with a slightly longer text.

The flag emoticons are not visible in the latest desktop (!) without installing additional extensions Edge and Chrome releases. However, these emojis are offered in the format of the welcome message. See, for example, the GB and NL flags.

I am trying to crawl an excluded URL, and the status bar in the UI shows "Crawling your URLs" which is misleading.

Make the drop shadow around the button and chat window adjustable from within the widget dashboard. What I noticed is that the box shadow (with the latest widget) is only placed at the bottom and not at the top, so in our case the window at the top now disappears to white and the same for the our button on a green background. I always want the chat and button to stand out a little from the underlying background. Being able to adjust te box shadow position and color will make it work for everyone
