We would like to put up a customer service screen that shows the current chat statistics in one overview. Consider the number of unanswered calls, the total number of chats that day, which channels the conversations came through (such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and the website), how many chats were handled by the chatbot, and how many were forwarded to employees. The screen must be easily adjustable so that we can decide for ourselves which statistics are shown and which are given priority. This way, we maintain real-time insight in the department and can respond directly to situations.
