Feature requests

We would like to have the ability to make an export per conversation. To save it (as Doc, PDF or Excel) and add it to our CRM system.

Add extra search options in the Inbox to be able to find a specific conversation in the Inbox The ability to search for specific text or keywords within conversations.

Right now the incoming chats are sorted by time of last response. If a customer has waited for 10 minutes and sends a message after that, that chat will jump to the top. Because of this, it is difficult to determine which customer has waited the longest.

It would be beneficial if new, unopened chats and messages in the inbox could be displayed in bold. This would make it easier to identify which chats are new and need attention.

Being able to select and archive multiple conversations at the same time.

In the interactive tester, you can view the sources on which the AI Agent bases its responses. This provides insight into the origin of the information and helps assess reliability. We would also like to see this in the Inbox, so that from there we can see how an Agent got their response.

In the chat input field, it is possible to insert a blank line by pressing Shift + Enter. However, when the message is sent, those blank lines are not preserved. If a user of Watermelon is typing a long message, it becomes chaotic.

E.g. when an end-user is speaking a language we do not speak, we want to be able to type an answer in Dutch, and have it shown to the end-user in their language.

Folder that holds all (old) closed and archived chat conversations. Currently the only way to read old conversations is by exporting. Would be better if we could view all the old conversations under a Conversations > Archive section.

E.g. instead of having to type 'Kind regards, [name]' being able to use a shortcut like [F1] to add this text to the typebar.
